Meatless Meals: Salads In-Person

Join us to learn about how to make various vegan salads!

John Keevan, lifelong library patron and vegan cook who has taught nearly two dozen cooking classes at Fuller, returns to teach you about salad making. He will demonstrate how he makes these different salads using chickpeas and beans and those in attendance will get to taste each recipe.

Registration required as space is limited. You may either register for Thursday, May 22 6-7pm OR Monday, June 2 3-4pm.
