Meatless Meals: Tempeh 101 In-Person
Join us to learn about the many different ways you can cook tempeh!
John Keevan, lifelong library patron and vegan cook who has taught nearly two dozen cooking classes at Fuller, returns to teach you about tofu. He will demonstrate multiple ways you can prepare tempeh and those in attendance will get to taste each recipe.
