Healthy Eating Challenge In-Person

Learn together and challenge yourself to choose healthy foods.  This 5 week program will teach us to choose better options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Each week we will meet for an hour and discuss a different meal time, share recipes, and learn the benefits of different foods..

March 13 - Breakfast

March 20 -Lunch

March 27 - Dinner

April 3- Snacks

April 10 - Healthy Eating Celebration!
