Meatless Meals: Tofu 101 In-Person
Join us to learn about the many different ways you can cook tofu!
John, lifelong library patron and vegan cook who has taught nearly two dozen cooking classes at Fuller, returns to teach you about tofu. He will demonstrate multiple ways you can prepare tofu and those in attendance will get to taste each recipe.
Registration required as space is limited. You may register for Tuesday, February 18th 6-7pm OR Monday, February 24th 3-4pm.
Registration opens February 1st at 9am.
